Service Description

This is the next step after completing our Girls 1 program. (Coach approval required) In this class the gymnast will continue to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance while learning more advanced skills such as back hip circles and back walkovers. Vault, bars, beam and floor will continue to be utilized as well as trampolines and tumble traks. Students spend an average of 1-2 years in this level before mastering all the required skills to move up.
