At Gymquest we offer two types of parties:
Our Standard Party Costs $350
This Party includes 1 hour in the gym and 40 minutes in the party area.
The price covers up to 25 kids AGES: 1-16 years
Table coverings, paper plates, napkins, and cutlery is included.
The birthday child will receive a GymQuest T-Shirt
Specialty Parties (Nerf, Ninja, Glow Dance, Princess) $400
This Party includes 1 hour in the gym and 40 minutes in the party area.
The price covers up to 20-25 kids AGES 1-16 years
Table coverings, paper plates, napkins, and cutlery is included.
The Birthday Child will receive a themed goody bag and GymQuest T-shirt
Each party will include themed activities.
Each Party will include:
1 hour in the gym, 30 minutes in our party area, and 10 minutes for cleanup and goodbyes. If you would like extra time in the gym your party must be the last party of the night and subject to an additional fee.

Party attendant who will supervise your party and lead activities in the gym and help with serving food and clean up in the party area.
Parties can be booked over the phone at 815-609-6360 or in person at our registration desk. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover and can accept cash or check if booking in person.
All children attending the party must have a waiver on file. Our waivers are electronic and should be completed online before attending the party. Waivers can only be completed by parents or legal guardians. If you have visited GymQuest before you probably already have a waiver filled out. If you are not sure, please call 815-609-6360 to check. Waivers can be completed by creating an account. You can do this by clicking here http://gymquest.com/parent-portal/
Yes, all guests will need to create an account and have a waiver on file to attend any GymQuest party. Once the account is created and the party is in your cart you can either, log off or add credit card information to register. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED! However, our system does require a credit card to check out. You can call or email once you have created an account and our staff will register you without credit card information.
Do I need to tip my host?
The answer is yes. Our staff is working hard to provide you with a great experience. If you feel they have done an exceptional job, please let us know!
Can I bring my own food or is food provided?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide food or beverages. You may bring any family friendly food or beverages you would like to serve (alcohol is not permitted). We highly recommend bringing cupcakes instead of a traditional cake for ease of serving however, if you are bringing in traditional cake, please remember to bring a serving knife. Ice cream should be individualized servings - Storebought or homemade. Party Hosts are not permitted to scoop ice cream from large containers. Pizza is always a good option, there are many places in the area that deliver. If you do choose this option pizza should be delivered 15 minutes before your party room time. Don't forget your candles and a lighter!
Is my party booking private?
The gym is not open to the public during birthday parties. Your party will be the only party in the gym at your scheduled time:
example party booking; (1-2:40pm/gym time; 1-2pm / party area 2-2:30pm/cleanup 2:30-3:40),
Please be aware that this is not a full facility rental. There may be other classes, activities, and/or groups in the facility during your party time. If other activities are going on during your party, they will stay in the areas that are off limits to party guests and will not interfere with your party.
Can Adults attend/go in the gym?
Adults are more then welcome to attend a birthday party! They can view the action from our viewing and party areas (other than the party parent). They will NOT be counted as part of your 25 children, only guests between the ages of 6 months and 17 years old are counted. Please keep in mind that our party areas are designed to accommodate 25 guests. Adults are not allowed in the gym unless they are actively supervising a child age 4 or under. Adults that are in the gym are NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY ON ANY EQUIPMENT including (but not limited to) foam pits, trampolines, Tumble Traks, Inflatables, and the Trapeze.
When Can I arrive to set up?
We do ask that you arrive NO EARLIER THEN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY TIME. There may be a party before you. The party staff needs to clean the area before your party can set up. During the 15 minutes prior to your party, you can greet your guests in the lobby, help get them checked in, and set up for your party. We will collect all gifts on a cart and assist you in taking your gifts to the party area when the children go in the gym.
Can I decorate the party area?
Yes, we encourage you to bring decorations! We recommend balloons, table covers, themed plates and napkins, or table decorations. We just ask that there is no tape, tacks, or 3M products used as they peel off the paint on the walls. We do not allow anything that needs to be hung or stuck to the wall, ceiling, or windows. We do not allow piñatas, confetti, silly string, or noise makers. You will have the hour the children are in the gym to decorate your party area.
If you need to cancel your party you will need to stop in the gym and fill out a refund request. This has to be done at least 3 weeks prior to your party. There is a $10 service charge for refunds. If you need to make changes to your scheduled party within 3 weeks of the scheduled date, we can re-schedule your party for a future date at no charge. There is a $40 rescheduling fee for any changes made within 1 week of your party.
