Advanced Girls Gymnastics

Service Description
Coach approval required. Girls 3 gymnasts will most likely have 2-3 years of gymnastics training and have a good foundation of gymnastics skills. Gymnasts will attend class two hours per week in order to increase their time spent practicing each event. Tuition is charged monthly and year round attendance is expected. This class will focus on body awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class is a great stepping stone to our AAU COMPETITIVE TEAM
