Service Description

This class for children ages 3-5yrs helps develop coordination, agility, strength, balance, flexibility, motor skills and most importantly self esteem. We focus on safety, encouraging kids to do their best, and to believe in themselves. This program develops each child's individual physical capabilities. It is an overview of gymnastics with the introduction to apparatus and tumbling. This class also develops a good foundation of skills to use as building blocks for higher level gymnastics and tumbling skills while also improving the child's social interaction.
