 GymQuest
of Plainfield
is a cutting edge gymnastics and cheer/tumbling facility
with a unique philosophy and concept of teaching gymnastics and
tumbling. Our staff sees the potential in each child. The potential
to be strong, fit, enjoy movement and sports. The potential to be
confident and capable in the gym, on the playing field and in the
class room.
GymQuest of Plainfield offers innovative gymnastics and tumbling
programs for children 12 months-17 years of age. GymQuest of
Plainfield invites
every child, no matter what skill level, to benefit from learning
the fundamentals of gymnastics and tumbling which can carry over to
any number of other sports.
Through our innovative programming, GymQuest
of Plainfield instructors teach
children gymnastics and tumbling starting at the basics and
advancing through more challenging skills with simple, easy to
understand lessons about movement and body positions. You will find
that all of our instructors teach exactly the same techniques and
form whether it is a pre-school student or an advanced competitive
gymnast. This optimizes learning and students progress much quicker
through our program.
At GymQuest of Plainfield, we spend numerous hours training our staff. Skill sheets, detailed lesson plans, and
trainings are all used to empower our staff to be knowledgeable,
capable, consistent and safe. Our extensive staff training is unique
to the gymnastics industry and we feel this training builds a strong
staff that can provide the best possible learning environment for
their students.
GymQuest's program for children 12 months to 17 years old includes
parent participation classes for tots through age 2. Children ages
3-5 can participate in our pre-school and kindergym classes, and our
recreational classes begin at age 6 and up. GymQuest of Plainfield also offers
tumbling classes for ages 6-17 where the main focus is progressions
for learning the back handspring. In addition to our lesson classes, GymQuest
of Plainfield also offers a Greater Illinois Junior Olympic (GIJO)
team program, in addition to a USA-Gymnastics Level 4-10 competitive
team.
GymQuest of Plainfield is proud to be able to offer customers prompt, courteous
service during business hours Monday through Saturday. When the gym
is open, we provide staff to answer questions, help you with your
pro-shop purchases and registration. Our competent staff have been
highly trained and are backed by a strong management team who strive
for high quality instruction in the gym and superb customer service.
GymQuest of Plainfield also provides a professionally cleaned and maintained
facility. The GymQuest facility is professionally cleaned daily and
all maintenance and facility issues are addressed promptly.
