Gabrielle (Gabby) had a love for dance since about the age of 5. She graduated from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in dance in 2013. She is passionate about the art of dance with a background in various dance genres. She has participated and studied liturgical, ballet, modern, tap African, Latin, and hip-hop styles. Gabrielle was a former member and captain of cheer in high school as well as a former member and president for the hip-hop dance team in college. She also has choreographed many numbers for various events. After graduating from Elon and relocating to Virginia, she had the opportunity to dance at the Richmond Urban Dance studio for a year before relocating back to Chicago. Since then, she has been looking to make her way back into the dance studios. She believes that dance is not just about steps and movements; it's a form of self-expression and a means of connecting with oneself and others. Her philosophy centers around helping students build a strong foundation in technique, while also encouraging them to explore their creativity and develop their unique style. Gabrielle is excited to be a part of the DanceQuest family.
