AAU Girls Team

AAU is the ideal program for the recreational gymnast who wants to compete. The philosophy of GymQuest's AAU program is to give girls an opportunity to compete and be a part of team in a positive environment. We keep our practice hours low so that the girls can still participate in other activities but we still teach quality gymnastics during those hours.
